Vino Quantico is a joint project in Lingualossa, on the slopes of Mount Etna, between Giovanni Raiti and Pietro di Giovanni. This aromatic white comes from 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto and 10% Grillo; hand harvested, macerated on skins for 24 hours and fermented naturally in tanks.
