Critical Acclaim

Very pale, almost watery colour, the aroma shy and restrained but also savoury, and not aromatic as I expected this variety to be. There's a faint pepperiness. The taste is light-bodied, crisp and very dry, with a firm finish which lingers, with again that hint of white pepper. It's a good wine, young and undeveloped and just a bit neutral. It would be good with delicately flavoured fish.
