Estate grown 100% Fiano grapes hand-picked from the red Cambrian soiled vineyards in Heathcote. The vineyard sits at an altitude of 150-170m. Whole bunch pressings and wild fermentation, the wine begins its aging with 30% in chestnut botte, then 10 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. No Acid Adds. Vegan Friendly. A luscious Fiano has tantalising notes of dandelion, pine needle and lemon curd. A poised wine with harmony of both structure and texture.

Critical Acclaim

Light, bright yellow colour. Smoky, toasted-nutty bouquet, with some barrel and sulfide nuances, in balance. Lemon and honey emerge with airing. The reductive notes are matchstick rather than dirty sulfides. There is rich yellow-fruit flavour in the mid-palate. Soft, round and velvety. A really lovely wine.
