Critical Acclaim

Very light yellow colour. Straw and icing sugar aromas, very young and fresh, without lees-aged complexity. It's light and simple in the mouth, fruit-driven and yet dry, with firm acid and tannin astringency. A delicate, restrained wine, with fine texture and properly dry finish, although it lacks character and complexity from age. It's fresh and clean and a big improvement on some cheap Cavas I have tasted
