Critical Acclaim

(No. 24; a blend of 2007, 2006 and 2004 vintages) A straight-up and very conventional Champagne, without controversy, with evident dosage, but it's a sublime example of the blending art. Seamless, gorgeously harmonious and silky-smooth. It just looked a tad sweet beside several Extra Brut style Champagnes, which is no criticism. A beautiful wine.
