Critical Acclaim

Deep red colour with a good purple tint and a fresh, sweet-berry aroma seemingly reflecting a little whole-bunch fermentation in the mix. The wine is medium to full-bodied and well supplied with tannins, which add a chewy aspect to the texture. The flavours are very appealing: lots of cassis and sweet mulberry. The fruit does most of the talking. Very good wine and real value.
