These wines are often made using the traditional method and are known for their delicate and complex flavors. Some famous French sparkling wine brands include Vouvray, Cremant de Bourgogne, and Crémant d'Alsace.

There are also many sparkling wines produced outside of Europe. In the United States, sparkling wine is produced in California, primarily in the Napa Valley and Sonoma County regions. Some famous American sparkling wine brands include Schramsberg, Domaine Carneros, and Chandon.

  • Critical Acclaim

Full yellow hue and a tremendously complex bouquet showing toasted bread, roasted hazelnut and almond, dried citrus peel, nougat and spices. The palate is very rich and multi-faceted, but also very refined, finishing very long and dry, magically concealing its 8 grams/litre of dosage. The finish and aftertaste have tremendous freshness and verve. In great condition after 15 years on lees. A magnificent sparkling wine. (300 bottles released)
