Critical Acclaim

Light to medium straw colour, showing some development, as is the bouquet, which has some wet straw, smoke and vinegary nuances (perhaps a barrel-fermented component?). The palate is rounded, soft and gentle textured, with ample shape and a clean dry finish. Sugar level is low. This has lots of drinkabilty thanks to its soft, full flavour and dry, balanced aftertaste. Volatility is not an issue. A good drink.
